Directions from San Antonio: I-10 West bound, exit at Exit 533 (Welfare). Take the access road west until you pass PO-PO restaurant. Take the right fork past the restaurant – this is Waring-Welfare Road. Take Waring –Welfare Road north for 4 miles to the entrance to Southern Oaks subdivision. Turn right on to Majestic Oaks Drive. We are at 117, the second house on the right.

From Comfort: Take FM 1621 East to Waring (from either Waring Exit off of I-10, or turn left off of TX 27 east just before entering I-10.) Take 1621 East until it ends at the 4-way stop in Waring. Turn (south) right at the stop sign onto Waring-Welfare Road. Take Waring-Welfare Road south 3 ½ miles until you see the entrance to Southern Oaks on your left – this is Majestic Oaks Drive. Turn left on Majestic Oaks Drive and go 0.4 miles to our house, second house on the right.

The gate should be open. The combination is 3030.

Pull in the gate and park anywhere. There is also parking behind the big metal building – take the dirt road to the left of the gate and follow it around behind the house.
